Lyle Lawrence Bazzinotti 

A Plymouth resident, Ms. Bazzinotti holds an BA from Brown University and an MBA from Tuck School at Dartmouth College. Bazzinotti retired as a Senior VP of the Investment Banking Group at Mass Development Finance Agency following a 30-year career in commercial banking. At Bank of America, she managed the not-for-profit and healthcare sectors team. Prior to her banking career, she was a research assistant at Harvard Medical School and the Marine Biological Laboratories in Woods Hole, MA. She is a Director and Vice Chair of Jordan Health Systems, served as a Director and Treasurer of Family Service of Greater Boston and a Trustee and Treasurer of the Arthritis Foundation of Massachusetts.


Michael Babini, Real Estate Services Consultant  

A lifelong resident of Plymouth, Mr. Babini received his BS Degree in business education from Salem State College and his M. Ed. from Bridgewater State College. He began his career as a business teacher at Silver Lake Regional High School. He has an extensive background in real estate working for both Digital Equipment Corp. and Compaq Computer Corp., as Corp. Manager of Real Estate Services.  After leaving Compaq, he was retained by Pinehills LLC as Director of Commercial Development. Mr. Babini currently works as an independent real estate consultant. 

Mr. Babini has been active in the community, serving on the Board of Directors of the Plymouth Area Chamber of Commerce.  In addition he was a Plymouth Assessor for 10 years and was elected to six terms (28 years) on the Plymouth Planning Board; twelve years of which he served as chairman. He currently serves as an elected Plymouth Town Meeting Representative.  


John Carnuccio, Business Consultant and Director

A Duxbury resident, Mr. Carnuccio holds a BA from Drew University. He was the former CEO of NeoSync, Inc., a clinical stage neuro-modulation medical device company where he served from 2010-2016. He was a co-founder of BioSphere Medical, Inc., a medical device company located in Rockland, MA. He served as Director, President and CEO from 1999-2002. For 20 years he held a number of marketing and senior management roles including Vice President and General Manager, Microvasive Urology, Boston Scientific Corporation, a global medical device company based in Natick, MA. He currently serves on the board of directors for both medical and non-medical companies.


Kenneth Fosdick, Chair, Board of Trustees 

After graduating from Boston University in 1967 with BS in Marketing from the College of Business Administration, Mr. Fosdick went to work for the Ford Motor Company’s Ford Division in Boston for the next eleven years as the manager of their Business Management Department. In 1977 he moved to Plymouth, Massachusetts, and served as President of the Shiretown Ford dealership from 1978 to 2001. He also served as past President of the New England Ford Dealers Association.

Currently, Mr. Fosdick works on his antique airplanes at the Plymouth Municipal Airport and during the summer, is captain of tour boats in Plymouth. Since moving to the town of Plymouth with his wife, Judith, and their children, Mr. Fosdick has served as past president of the Rotary Club of Plymouth, past Commodore of the Plymouth Yacht Club, past President of the Southern Massachusetts Sailing Association, past President of the Plymouth Library Corporation and also as chair of their Building Committee for the new library. Mr. Fosdick has served as Chair of the Plymouth Airport Commission for the past six years.


 William P. Gagnon, President, GAGNONtax

A Duxbury resident, Mr. Gagnon holds a BA in Accounting from the Isenberg School of Management, UMASS Amherst and an MST, Taxation from Bentley University. Prior to founding GAGNONtax in 2001, he was a Tax Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers and a Tax Senior Manager at Deloitte.


Charles Hewitt, Retired

A Marshfield resident, Mr. Hewitt holds an BA in History from Harvard University and an MBA in Banking, Corporate Finance from the University of Pennsylvania. He is a retired insurance/reinsurance industry leader with expertise in all areas of property casualty Insurance portfolio management. Over thirty years of experience developing and implementing reinsurance solutions and structures of all types. He currently serves on several volunteer boards: Northeastern University; Harvard University; BIDMC Boston and BID-Plymouth; Duxbury Bay Maritime School; Crossroads; and Pioneer Institute and Insurance Library of Boston. A former rower on the US Olympic team, he continues to consult with former clients and various philanthropic organizations.


Clark Hinkley, Retired

A Duxbury resident, Mr. Hinkley is retired from a 40-year career in retailing. Most recently, he was Chief Executive Officer of Harold's, a Dallas-based specialty apparel chain. Also, Executive VP, merchandising for two other national retail chains, Talbots and The Children’s Place. He held a variety of roles over 24 years with the department store division of the Dayton Hudson Corporation, now known as Target Corporation.


Nate Horwitz-Willis, DrPH, MPH, MPA

Dr. Horwitz-Willis is an Assistant Professor of Public Health and Coordinator of Public Health Practice at the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences (MCPHS) University in Boston, MA. He also concurrently serves as a Public Health Officer for the Massachusetts Air National Guard at the Joint Base Cape Cod. He is a recipient of the 2019 Massachusetts Public Health Association (MPHA) Dr. Alfred Frechette ‘Rising Star’ award for being a champion of health equity in Massachusetts. His research and practice experience spans over a decade in both public health and healthcare sectors that include population health improvement, patient safety, health policy, and health promotion. He is the founder of Horwitz-Willis Public Health Advising & Consulting, which has recently launched the brand that focuses on creating and sustaining healthy spaces and places where we ‘learn, live, work, & play’ across the globe. Dr. Horwitz-Willis resides in Boston and is currently pursuing his Masters of Business Administration in Business Analytics at Umass Amherst.


Jeffrey Kapell

Jeffrey Kapell has been a cranberry grower in Plymouth since the mid 1970’s. Over a 40 year span, he has upgraded farm infrastructure and expanded production from 26 to 44 planted acres, while tripling total farm cranberry yields. Mr. Kapell holds a bachelor of science in electrical engineering from Lehigh University, having performed systems analysis at Boeing Vertol and Raytheon Missile Systems as well as taught physics at the Cambridge School of Weston prior to his farming career.

Jeff has been active throughout his life providing leadership to a number of community and cranberry industry organizations as board director and officer. In the 1980’s he served as Director and then President of the Plymouth Public Library Corporation Board, where Jeff developed a master plan detailing the compelling need for a new Town of Plymouth central library. Jeff then led a community effort over a number of years to make the present library on South Street a reality.

Mr. Kapell served on the Ocean Spray Cooperative Board of Directors from 1988 to 2000, including roles as chair of several board committees. From 1994 to 2015, he served as Director on the Board of the Cranberry Institute, the trade association for North American cranberry production, including six years as Chairman. He was also Director from 1984 to 1996--including President for two years--of the Cape Cod Cranberry Growers Association (CCCGA). Jeff recently returned to the CCCGA Board, serving as 1st Vice President for the past several years.

During a downturn in the cranberry industry starting in 1999, Jeff supplemented his cranberry operation as an agribusiness consultant until about 2013. Mr. Kapell developed a national book of business at the intersection of agriculture and technology, performing feasibility studies, writing business plans and providing strategic planning and advice to cooperative and other agricultural boards of directors. Jeffrey enjoys camping and exploring in his 5th wheel RV and biking with his wife Alex.


David Kelly, MD

Dr. Kelly earned his Bachelors of Science degree from Cornell University and his Medical Doctorate from the University of Virginia. He completed his radiology residency at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston and a fellowship in Musculoskeletal Radiology at New York University. He has been on the diagnostic imaging staff of BID-Plymouth since 2006 and has been the Medical Director for Ultrasound since 2014. Dr. Kelly is currently President of Plymouth Imaging Ventures and serves on the Board of Directors for Southeastern MA PET/CT Imaging Center and the BID-Plymouth Foundation. Dr. Kelly resides in Duxbury, MA with his wife and two children.


Dennis Primavera, Vice Chair, Board of Trustees  

Following his undergraduate studies in accounting at the University of New Haven, Mr. Primavera served for 15 years as the controller at Charlotte Hungerford Hospital and as CFO/Assistant Administrator at Griffin Hospital, before joining New Milford Hospital in 1986. He retired after serving a total of 38 years in the healthcare/hospital field and held a senior leadership role at both Griffin Hospital and New Milford Hospital, a member of New York Presbyterian Healthcare System as Senior VP of Finance and Facilities. He was also a very active member with Connecticut Hospital Association. Mr. Primavera resides in Cotuit.


Keelas Small, General Manager, Plymouth Inn/Holiday Inn Express  

General Manager of the Plymouth Inn/Holiday Inn Express, Plymouth, MA, Ms. Small held various positions at Cape Cod Hospital, including Patient Care Committee and Supervisor of the Medical Records Department at UMass Medical Center, Provider Relations Representative at Fallon Community Health Plan and Aetna US Health Care. She serves on the Board of Directors of Destination Plymouth, Pilgrim Hall Museum and National Board, and Choice Hotels International.


Scott Fairfield, MD, President, Medical-Dental Staff

Dr. Fairfield holds an BA from Bowdoin College, an MA from Boston University, and an MD from the University of Massachusetts and was Chief Resident of the Emergency Medicine Residency at UMass Medical Center in Worcester. He is currently Associate Chief of Emergency Medicine, has served on many hospital committees, was a founding member of the Peer Review Committee and has been Chair of the IRB since 2009. He has been on staff in Plymouth since 1999 and was elected Medical Staff President in September 2019 to present. Dr Fairfield lives in Hingham with his wife and three children..


Anna Marini, Associate Director of Quality Improvement, Duffy Health Center

Anna Marini holds a Masters of Public Policy from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, a Masters of Health Administration from Duke University and a Bachelor of Science degree from Boston College. Prior to her current role as Associate Director of Quality Improvement and Safety at Duffy Health Center in Hyannis, Anna worked for over 25 years in a variety of health care administration roles or as a consultant at several Boston teaching hospitals including Brigham and Women’s, Tufts Medical, Children’s Hospital and Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. Her last hospital position was as Vice President of Clinical Services at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and in that role, she was involved with numerous initiatives at the start of the formation of Partners Healthcare (now Mass General Brigham). Anna also has experience working as an Analyst at the Public Policy Center at UMass Dartmouth and as the owner of a small business.  Anna has been involved with BID Plymouth for several years as a member of the Patient and Family Advisory Committee and the Advisory Board.  


Lisa Taylor, MD

Lisa Taylor, MD, holds a BS in Chemistry from Hobart and William Smith Colleges in NY, an MD from Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in NJ and was Chief Resident of Internal Medicine at Christiana Hospital in Delaware.  In 1997 she moved to Falmouth with her husband to raise her 3 sons and be closer to her family.  For the first 5 years she was a hospitalist in Falmouth for a small group of local internists while volunteering at the Falmouth Free Clinic, now the Community Health Center of Cape Cod in Mashpee.   She served as its Medical Director for several years and was instrumental in starting one of the Cape’s first Outpatient Based Opiate Treatment Programs.  In 2014 she joined APG, the Primary Care group for Beth Israel Deaconess and is currently practicing outpatient Internal Medicine in Sandwich.
